Pau d'arco is a nutrient-dense herb with a wide variety of vitamins and minerals. I call it the ‘anti-herb’.  It’s anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, anti-viral, antimicrobial, and antitumor.  
 
It conditions the blood and colon; clears lymphatic congestion; and works wonders for skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema, and acne. 
 
Tincture form is my personal favorite for this standalone herb.
